dheerajmehta, 28 May 2015its funny how you have to wait 2-3 generations to get a product right while rivals are already... moreWell, I guess you have your choice. Either wait a couple of iterations for Apple to release a particular feature that you're waiting for... or wait a little bit longer for Android to release their slightly modified version of what Apple first got right, but with anti-Apple branding!
Oh thats perfect! crapple took 4 years for this ugly watch? Lololol! Why would one pay $400 for this toy watch ? Oh yes there are i"sheeps"!
Better to go for the LG watch urbane or lets wait for the moto watch 2nd gen.

Srb, 28 May 2015The same thing you said about the first iPhone, no big deal , no game changer..and after secon... moreSapphire and stainless steel on a watch? Why didn't any ever think of that before????!!!!
oppps, 28 May 2015if I will ever buy a smart watch, I will opt for apple watch ... maybe 2nd gen, maybe 3rd one.... moreSpoken like a true disciple of the cult of the annoying small letter "I" prefixed on every overhyped China-made product name...
No thanks,I can get an Iphone if I add another 100 bucks.Buying this will be a total waste for a middle class person.I think most people would prefer another smartphone or tab or any other more necessary products such as Led Tv,Laptops. But,yes something like this always welcomed. Its very attractive and could add a bit more spice in your stylish life. But the price should be at its limits. After all in the end its nothing but a wearable thing just like a normal watch.
if I will ever buy a smart watch, I will opt for apple watch ... maybe 2nd gen, maybe 3rd one.. I trust apple completly. It's a very reliable company. My ipod and ipad never disappoints me, unlike the samsung or sony products.. Build quality is all that matters for me in a smart watch, and ofcourse which supports my iphone
The less said about this iFruit, the better. Lolz. Nothing to see here, move on. The cultists are of course free to enrich the pockets of the crApple stock holders...
So,in short, only tech-ignorant crApple fangirls like Mona Nomura of Yahoo and Kristie Lu Stout of CNN, would gush and fawn over these under-spec'ed,downright ugly, hilariously overpriced, crappy UI, laggy, buggy, overhyped me-too iFruitcake iProduct Made by Communist China would buy these kiddie toys.
Only the circular Moto 360 and LG Watch Urbane/R smartwatches interest me in the slightest. I still think all these trinkets are solutions looking for a problem... There are already countless fitness & activity trackers going into their 4th/5th/6th generation, this crApple is barely functional compared to those... LOL to the diehard cultists still wanting to get this. Indeed, a fool and his money are soon parted...
Its ridiculously ugly, specifically from the back side that is protruding sensor area.
DD, 28 May 2015I love the Mickey Mouse watch face, it really should be the only one!You can buy a Mickey Mouse watch for $5.
Will get me the LG watch Urbane, just can't make my mind...gold or silver.
you started workig on it 4 years back and this is what you bring to the table??
options to consider for smartwatches:
1)moto 360 (2nd gen shoulde be aorund pretty soon now)
2)LG G watch R/urbane.
2) & 3) are as expensive as apple but atleast they are worth it
its funny how you have to wait 2-3 generations to get a product right while rivals are already coming up with new technology in their products.
apple fans always say....next year it will be better.
using apple products is like being a slave.the master decides what you can use or what you get. no freedom of choice.Stone age technology.
The band looks plasticky, just like the iphone 5C, more like a toy than a status symbol to me.
The same thing you said about the first iPhone, no big deal , no game changer..and after second generation, everybody used the same recipe
Lg already is following with the price over 400$, we will see sapphire+staineless steel soon enough and gold from others...multiple bands and multiple sizes...so Apple is the company that others follow
Finally, the Watch comes with a Power Reserve mode, which is basically a secondary operating system that turns your smartwatch into a regular one. It removes all eye-candy and all features, and does nothing but display the clock upon detection of your wrist movement. It does prolong the Apple Watch battery life tremendously though, but unless you only need to know the time we find it rather pointless.
Jony Ivy found way to do thing in much pointlessly. Look it he's out of ideas, probably out of Job soon, if Steve Jobs still around.
