The worst phone that I've ever had. All buttons stopped working after 1 year using period. Please, DON'T BUY this phone, because for this price you can buy better phone from another brand!!!!!!!!

I have phone since last November, approx. 5 months and love it. I have had no trouble transferring music or pictures to phone. Memory is a little too small for video capture, though. Phone is a little fragile, as are many of the never touch type phones also, but very good functionality. Would buy it again.

i inserteed a 2gb memory card on my phone and its doing well..hoope its not too large for it????

the phone is good looking but by far the worst phone i've had yet. Ive only had if for about 4 months or so and already 6 buttonds have cracked and the back button no longer works period and the speaker is fuzzy when i am making a call. deffinitely not worth the buy!

Ok. So to start with. its a pretty good phone. UNTILL I make this new folder i my ringtones[where i usually put my music] and i named it music blah blah blah. and when i tried to upload anything to it. It would say to me its preparing to copy or it doest at all. the file goes in there. and then dissaperes into thin air.
The eats My memory. It uses up the memory that the song would have done. but the song isnt even there.
So I deleted EVERYTHING ad try to start again. ONLY ONE song has copied to my phone. at first i thought YEYYYYYY its working again. But no, Only One song works >.>!
So At this point Im slightly annoyed. and ive been persevering in various ways. I deleted the music file and st elft it as a ringtones folder. Doesnt work. and by this stae im getting REALLY annoyed.

this phone to me isn't too good.
ive had this phone for about a year
3 keys have cracked
my back button does not work at all anymore
wouldn't get it
not worth it after about 5 months

I purchased the phone 19 days ago. 2 days ago i found out the phone is pieces put together. the phone has so many pieces hat they will eventually fall off. Did you know that the antenna at the bottom of the phone, (under the * 0 #) buttons, is covered by a piece of plastic rather than the overall casing? Mine fell off.

The phone has a million software problems, including restarts uddenly and unexpectedly, the phone switches off when the reception dies out. Its so silly.

I wouldnt reccomend this phone, your gonna end up regretting it.

it is good looking phone with all basic features needed for a person who loves music. The only think it lacks is autofocus and flash.

the sim card is easy to get it out! just push it in and it pops out :) hope i helped x

Hi I found one of these phones and I have had it for a while but I had it connected to the USB and it says not to remove it unless you have ejected your phone from the computer. I didnt eject I just pulled my phone and now it wont turn on and when I try to turn it on a red light flashes on the side and thats all that happens. Anyone know how to fix this?

I might be purchasing this phone, but I wonder, can you shut off the LED Lights on the side? It seems almost childish and might be embarassing at my workplace.

I bought the phone 3 weeks ago and i realy like it...the only thing i dont like is that i can't put my mp3 songs as a ringtone...and there is almost no websites with w580i ringtones(except for midi/wav and other sheap tones...The coulours are sweet,the phone is nice to my buttons are still ok but i'm expacting to see them break since it appened to everyone who is got that phone...
