LG Viewty and ... are using Zoran (NASDAQ - ZRAN) chip for multimedia , this makes all the differance.

This LG phone reminds me of the LG chocolate. I hope it's not a 2nd gen LG Chocolate cuz it's the worst phone ever!!!!!!!

To be honest camera quality of the phone did not impressed me. i'm used to K810, K800, N73 camera quality before and this miserably fails compared to the listed phones quality wise. colors maybe good but i hate the way LG post processes it just to make it appear sharp. and i beg to disagree with this line:

where is the detail gsmarena is talking about when it is evident that the jpeg compression smears details especially the leaves of the tree?

This phone is for sale exclusively in Carphon Warehouse, as far as I know... beautiful colour.. bright and fun UI... the keypad touch is great!!!

beautiful phone, but lg always make wonderful phones with a such weak hardware. I saw some videos and the touchscreen is just as weak as the lg chocolate "touch buttons", the response is a little bit too high and about the camera... well it has 3mp but froozes even in camera mode(not recording).

This phone is actually already for sale in Carphone Warehouse stores in the UK, £129 on pre-pay/payg in either red or dark grey colours, so don't think that there will be any further improvements to the software etc. (The handset isn't showing on the website in the payg section yet, but is showing in the sim free section, purchased one from a retail store myself last Thursday (10th April).

The pics taken with the phone look amazing, wow. Just like a 3mpx photo camera. Just really looked at them :)

actually i do want to add something else though those are AMAZING camera shots wow theres like no noise!!!! unbelievable could this be the mark of the best new 3mp caerma phone?
