my name is AHMED RASHEED (RESTAY) from MALDIVES. I have my C905. It was indeed nice n great phone compare to other sony ericsson. Camera works great ! But wat i notice is its life is very short. i face the speaker fault problem. I have been to service centre TWICE. first they said may be speaker problem or cable problem. finally they said software problem. i dont know. its not working yet. Does anyone have similiar experience ?! Or it only me ? I send many mails to even sonyericsson site. respond rate is 0 %. Does anyone share similiar scenario ? please help me anyone..... my email is velloxia@gmail.com Am now thinking of swapping over to G1 now ...

I have been trying to find this solution myself, and ended up with this answer. The c905 can also not pre-install the Wayfinder navigator maps, but only supports online maps. To bad for for an otherwise excellent phone...

I have my C905 on Nov 13. It was indeed a good phone compare to my K800i. Camera works great ! But the joy of having it is very short live. I have been to service centre TWICE. Once on 1st to 3rd Dec. Another on 19 Dec 2008 till now. Does anyone have similiar experience ?! Or it only me ? I trying call them and sending them email. There was no response from SE Singapore. SO DISAPPOINTMENT with their service. My phone stay in service centre longer than in my hands. Does anyone share similiar scenario ? Am now thinking of swapping over to Iphone now ...

typical sony ericsson rubbish.sold quite a few and all come back faulty with speaker faults or usual software issues. n958gb kicks the pants out of this drivel. keys feel aweful as well. nothing good to say. if you buy this phone you are dumber than george bush.

I have this phone and its very good. Battery life not as good as previous sony handsets but with GPS and an 8MP camera I guess its to be expected.

The camera is fantastic. Love the facial recognition feature. Videa Quality is actually quite good. Not as good as viewty but certainly better than the K850i.

Overall a very good handset. 8/10

Guys, I would like to know about C905's processing speed. As in whether it is laggy when swithing from one application to another, or does it take very long to load a video, viewing of photos etc.

what abt the WIFI?? it is all right??

This handset has problems with the earpiece failing, only being able to hear someone if you put them on loudspeaker.... seen 5 of these problems with this handset in the last 3 days....
