well there are kind's of people who prefers phones like the Samsung or sony or lg.. but think about it in the last 2-3 years we have jump from a 1.3 mega pixel camera phone to 8-12 mega pixel that can truly print or show straight ahead it's truly a good invention to combined the 2 (camera/phone) ^_^

I got a c905,n i hav workd with both samsung in0vatr n pixon, c905 has the best quality photo both on the cell and a cpu..check the size of each ph0t0,c905 packs 2.4mb a photo,witch is amazing...as for the n97,all n0kia phones use artificial resolutions,it lo0ks go0d 0n a phone,but take it to the limits and disapointment is gauranteed, samsung is picking up,but so is se,..if in0vate were betr that c905 in quality it would have been n0rmal,because the c905 was the first ever 8mp phone out,..just as the se idou wil b the first ever 12mp camera phone ever...

you know camera resolution contributes little to the overall quality of the picture? i have an 8mp camera and i just changed the resolution to 2mp and its looks exactly the same as 8mp. exactly!!! what gives good quality is the lens an other factors that make up the camera. everyone thinks higher resolution = better quality. but that dead wrong. the guys at gsmarena knew this but they still brag about high resolution, it pisses me off.

well i have compare my c905 with samsung 8mp.the pictures taken by c905 were toooooooooo good for innov8.i think review is not that good.

The review on LG renoir's flash power is too personal. I totally disagree (It could be the firmware that makes the difference). Renoir's xenon flash might not be as powerful as regular digital camera flash, but it is WAY GOOD enough to take pictures at places with absolute darkness. It can light up the whole place! I had renoir for few weeks and I love using it as both phone/camera. Whenever I go to construction sites (my job), I have to take good pictures and I don't always carry my digital camera with me. Renoir is always ready to take good pics and it is in my pocket :)

Hey guys, instead of fighting over which is the best camera-phone, try approaching this comparison from a different angle (like some of you already suggested). If you look at MOST of the photos on a your laptop or on a desktop, the differences aren't that striking and earth-shaking, are they? so if you want a phone that can also take nice pictures and make videos - more or less casually (otherwise, you should buy a pro digital camera and shouldn't even post here) just make a list of your priorities and decide which phone you want to purchase (unless you're in just for the fight because you like/dislike a certain brand). I'm thinking of buying Renoir: i'm willing to give up Xenon (although it's disappointing what LG have done with their flash) and even some user-friendliness for some features that are either missing or are disappointing on the other phones and are important for me: VGA@30fps (SE is the only exception here), burst shooting mode (Samsung is disappointing), panorama photos (all the others are disappointing) + special features (which are more fun on LG). There you have it! So yes, maybe INNOV8 does produce the best photos, but it certainly lacks Xenon and it also has an utterly disappointing burst and panorama shooting mode, just like SE lacks VGA@30fps... bla bla bla... and such comparisons can be made till the end of time. In the end, it all comes down to WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED IN A CAMERA-PHONE and WHAT ARE THE COMPROMISES YOU'RE WILLING TO MAKE! So instead of praising a certain brand and discrediting others (brands AND people) just beacuse of you're personal taste or just because you have some... dunnow-what-kind-of residual anger :)) better don't post!

Sony cameras always show best quality on screen but on computer screen they show flaws.I am Nikon DSLR, Panasonic and Sony cameras user and I know their tricks. Pls check ur phone cam qualities on large screen and compare.

I used N95 for one n half yr. Cam quality so nice, especially macro shots and video shots. I carefully checked about INNOV8 and then bought for its cam quality. I dont like low light shot quality. Video shaprness and clarity is also no match with N95. Of course in the day light, INNOV8 8MP works so fine yet I still believe if Nokia new gen 8MP comes, its cam will be better. Focusing time is long, focus precision is not so good as Nokia or SE.U cant expect flash shots bright enough. But generally its great cam phone with lots of features. If u dont need 8MP and 5MP is fine for u, try Nokia N97. If u only want 8MP, its all round best among others like Pixon, Renoir and SE C905. Cheers
