Like loads of others it seems, mine is constantly shutting itself off. Usually in the middle of a text. Almost definitely the most frustrating piece of tech I've ever used.

Has anyone thought that perhaps it is lagging because it need more memory? ie: an external micro sd card. The majority of people on this forum seem just to be negative because they have to learn how this phone works as oppose to their previous cells being so simple. It would seem to make sense, adding external memory card = increased performance. People allergic to change should just go hide and sleep through life. This phone is fantastic. ~ Mark

I have had this phone for now I think 5 or 6 months. I HATE IT! It's the worst phone I've ever had and I've had many phones including the Nokia Navigator, Nokia E71 and Motorolla flip. They were better.
My battery goes like *that - I turn the phone on and I don't even touch it nor press a button or ANYTHING and the battery is gone.
Somtetimes it turns off and it's terrible.
I'm getting the Samsung Omnia or the Monte, so I hope thats better!

this cell is really very bad. much time is taken to write a msg and symbols are very far away. its functions are very strange. memory is same for every thing whether songs images or videos. its outlook is good but features are really very poor. low memory for msgs...

I am looking for the perfect phone. This one i was immediately attracted to but from the horrible reviews I have been put off. Thanks to everyone the commented I have now eliminated this phone from my desperate search. :)

The phone is rubbish, keeps switching itself off, then the screen went black n I could only get thru to emergency services (could hear the phone vibrating) then emergency services ask what service do you want. When I went back to supplier (meteor) was told that I would probably have to pay €75 for a new screen. Never touch it again or meteor for their poor after service.

I have the LG KS360 and I have had a big problem with it.
About three months ago (I only have the phone just over a year) I was asleep when I heard bubbling sounds coming from my phone. The phone was very hot. I took out the battery and the bubbling sounds stopped. Later, when I turned on my phone, the battery was dead, even though it was fully charged the day before and I hadn't used it. This happened about three times and then I went to a phone shop to get it fixed.
About a week after I had got it fixed, the bubbling noises started again. Then about 2 weeks later, it happened again. I think I will have to get a new phone, in case it may become a fire hazard.

I have had a red version of this model since last year. I've had many problems with this phone, the same as those who posted before me. My red model was also placed in my pocket (done this multiple times) and then I took it out and the screen was cracked on the inside. I found out it cost more to fix it than to get a new one. Silly me, I bought a blue version of the the KS360 and it turns off at least 5 times a day, usually when I slide the keyboard out. It's quite annoying.

LG KS360 is a very gud mobile phone when compering to other devices- 2 megapixel camera,Qwerty keybord,up to 2 Gig memory card capacity,Thred view message,Touch dialing,Bluetooth baddy chat and office doccument viewer- what else could a soul be looking for when buying a phone @ such a low price.R1300

Had this phone for about a year now.Lost it tho some weeks back.The phone looks attractive on the very first site,qwerty keyboard and all OMG!! those were my expressions when i saw the price and how amazing the phone was. the phone has its pros and cons as every phone has.
Pros:
Qwerty keyboard
Easy and fast for typing
Looks attractive
downloadable apps
Motion wallpapers
the standard bluetooth,camera,small and handy,great price
that's about it
Cons:
poor camera
Audio a bit below average when comparing to other phones
Slow internet
NO 3g,Wifi or any basic smartphone features
Turns off randomly after a while of usage
gets annoying when battery goes low and cannot be allowed to do anything than receive text and calls.
Menu not editable
hard to find free reasonable apps.Finding apps isn't hard but just have to pay for it.
Conclusion: not a bad phone on a whole for teens,would rate it a 6.2 in all fairness out of a 10.0
there are more reasonable phones in market for the same amount.

I Lyk the phone but it keeps turning on and off and it stays on for about 10mins and will go off again and buy that time it has just got it self together and ready to use!!
