I regret buying it now. I had it for about 3 weeks, but once when i took it out of my jeans pocket the inside screen was cracked. It still turns on but the screen is blank. Its going to cost twice as much as the phone did to get it fixed.

lovely phone got it yday.frens fell 4 the luks..but wen i send data frm another phone while using bluetooth it goes in2 d phone memory.how do i make it access the memory card>

Such a great phone :) I bought it last week and woooow was it worth the rain!! :P

Texting: 10/10 (though its a bit messed up whilst playing music)

Music: 10/10 (really cool audio, except for the video playback)

Camera: 8/10 (Really nice quality but not really up to my liking)

Video playback: 6/10 (The audio is a little dissapointing, it doesn't support mp4 videos, which was a bit annoying for me, the picture of the video is alright though)

Internet: 9/10 (It's alright, it gets the job done and quick if you have good connection)

The only problems I don't like about it are when it goes on low battery, it won't let you text, but it lets you play music. And irt randomly turns off but its a rare occasion.

Overall I would rate this phone as 9/10, even though it has a few glitches, its the best phone I have ever gotten! :)

@ ajju - it goes around 100 euros in most of the coutries ^^


oh. and one question. the headphone plug is like the normal or it is different from the other mp3 players etc? ty =)

Well reading the comments i see alot of people have the same problem as me, randomly switching sometimes when i want to switch the phone off it sez service disconected but the phone remains on just that i will not be able to make or receive calls...as if it was on flight mode...im surprised to see alot of people say its loud..thats a bummer because mine is terribly soft...i do like this fone but i am upset i cant watch mp4 videos..is there any software i could get? Daryl williams south africa!

If you use gmail you need to set up your incoming server as pop.gmail.com and outgoing as smtp.gmail.com (with your address as yourname.gmail.com) You then need to go into settings and turn it into POP3 server, and then switch on SSM authentication. Your incoming port should be 995 and your outgoing 465. Hope this helps!

i've been using this phone for a month..so far i like it esp when playing the music,it is so loud n clear. the user interface also very look sharp n easy to use. i even use this phone as a modem for my edge connection to my pc,it works really great and reliable. which is fast connection with edge connection.
but the only thing that bother me for all this while is i can't play any mp4 video.i mean whenever i transfer the mp4 video to the phone,it can't recognize it because it is not there.but when i check back through pc,it is there.only 3gp video can be recognized but not mp4. so do anyone have the same problem or know how to solve this problem? help me pls..i really love this phone.

For all those people asking if its a good phone and are unsure because of the comments; Any product you search for will have bad comments (whether it be a computer, mobile phone etc.) such as it breaking in a month, or it turning off randomly. You cant really trust everything you read on the net. I have a computer which people say its harddrive died in a month, but ive had it for a year. You have to just buy it and take care of it. Remember everyone has a different experience.

i would like to use this phone as modem for my edge connection in pc. can someone help me where should i got the lg pc suite...coz without it i cant configure it as my modem...i tried to change the connectivity for usb to data service but it seems it still need lg pc suite...help...i just bought the phone yesterday..

I think this phone is good, considering the price i paid to get it.

Messaging became a breeze, the QWERTY keyboard isn't difficult to use, AT ALL.

the volume on the music player is really loud too, even though i read other comments saying its not THAT loud.

the threaded viewing style for messaging is a gem too (;

its easy to use, no hassle, basic phone, & that's why i really like this phone.

i had it since the last two months and so far its not giving me any problems,

the only drawback i find is the slow connectivity, and the camera shutter sound which tends to be really loud, and there isn't an option to off the shutter sound. My bluetooth had a slight problem as well, but that was fixed.

All in all, i think some of the reviews were exaggerated, considering the price this really is a good bargain (=

If yhoo do buy this phone, make sure yhoo insure it. I have had this phone for only a matter of months && now i have to get a new one because the wire conncecting the keyboard to the phone has snapped. So it is no longer useable. So if yhoo do buy it Make sure yhoo use it && dont slam the keyboard back to hard ! :) x

hi, i'm from the philippines and i have this phone in black and red.. this phone is really nice for a cheap price.. it's really a head-turner and it looks really professional with a youthful design..

disadvantages:
- cam has no flash.
- video recording is really icky, not really great.
- in taking pics or recording vids, you have to zoom up + once so that the image will be brighter.. i don't know why.
- images come out ugly when cropped in the built-in editor, it will become either stouty or super thin.. just edit your pics in the computer!
- i text really fast, the buttons O K L M, most of the times show up as crazy spaces! maybe because they have the cursor up-down-left-right function in them.
- when texting, the "ok" at the keyboard puts space below, when it's supposed to act as "send"!
- the mp3 player is a fuss.. you have to minimize it first if you want music while navigating the phone. but if you do, the text is somewhat slower.
- you can't make your own file folder.. you can, but you can't move files to them.

i'll put some more if i encounter other stuff..

overall, it's a nice phone. i recommend it to everyone who wants to have a phone that's both really cheap but super attractive.. my friends don't even believe me when i tell them how much i got it..

Hey guys! I really need your help. I am planning to have this phone. But, I see that there are a lot of bad comments about this phone. Some says it's a good phone. So should I get it or not? I really want this kind of phone. Especially it has cute colors :> HELP AND REPLY PLEASE :|
