Nokia E75 review: Business on the slide

Nokia E75 review: Business on the slide - read the full textIf we can think of one reason to take being told "to mind your own business" with a smile it would be the Nokia E-series. A household name for enterprise users, it's hardly a surprise that each E-series update is greeted with plenty of excitement...

The reason being, Nokia now has its own email service, dubbed Nokia Messaging, push email and everything in between. Back then Nokia doesn't have said email service and comes with Blackberry Connect (E61 days). But with the advent of Nokia Messaging, it will become useless to put a competing service on Nokia own device.

I like the E75 and its premises. I can text on the go using the face keypad and text creatively using the keyboard. But still keeping my Xperia for quite sometimes.

Finally got my E75 and it is everything the review said...awesome!

Only issue is the antenna strength is not as good as my old E51, it is down between 1-2 bars! But a small price to pay.

Screen great not to small, QWERTY keyboard is very easy to use & GPS is a great addition on the E51.

Go buy one
Dave

I've had one on Pre-order for over a month now (UK) and still nothing.
Has anyone in the real world actually seen one of these phones (usable not a dummy) or are you all giving opinions on a review and a few photo's?

Thanks in advance!!

Got to use this phone....the good T9 on number key pad and slide out key board BUT .....

Will not cut the grade.... WHY

1) The key pad with the connector in the middle is sad
2) screen too small
3) no stylus input
4) no touch screen
5) no dual SIM
6) poor build quality ---- feels cheap
7) clunky software

Me think this is a tester for the new communicator.....

> In reply to ambrosia @ 2009-04-19 13:08 from uEy{ - click to readI thought the speaker would be great since it share the same platform as 5730XM (see eldar mutazin review @ mobile-review.com).

I already see this phone @ Sentra Ponsel / Indonesia and I thought this one way better than E71.

Alreday in Indonesia price Rp.6jt @GlobalTeleshop. But believe me..once you touch the original phone you'll be dissapoint by many thing. I dont like the SLIPPERY number pad,the speaker is really poor.If you're planning to buy Eseries choose E51,E71 or E90.

Nokia should have bundled full office applications to the NSeries as well.

I think having a keyboard (great) and a keypad is a design fault. The keyboard is sufficient not to need a keypad and hence allow a much larger screen in place of the keypad.
