> In reply to No Kia @ 2010-08-27 02:30 from uC0L - click to readWhilst a single speaker it is the best speaker component Nokia currently uses. It's also driven by a dedicated mini power amplifier which is one of few devices to do so. This drives the speaker as hard as possible. In the car, in my experience you should have no problems in practice.

All under the surface processing is then handled by the CPU running at 680MHz which given the GPU means broadly comparable performance to other devices running faster CPU's.

Hi sir Damian, could you also make an adapter for AM radio reciever? It would be great if you will do such device, just like the DVB-H TV reciever headset. Plus if you will consider to make a video light adapter for this phone. It would be a perfect phone for everyone if you will make this adapters.

One more thing, can you make a firmware update that would record D1@30fps resolution in N86 8MP? Plus a CIF or VGA @ 120fps slo-mo video recording and D1 time-lapse recording, just like the Samsung S8300 UltraTouch.

Please consider this, sir Damian! Thanks and more success!

Hi sir Damian, are you going to make a video light adapter for this phone? Since you make a DVB-H headset, can you make a video light adapter, so that even it has no built-in video light, that adapter can compensate for that. Please consider it, thanks!

I wish Nokia can ensure the quality of loud speaker receiver and sound volume. I use it a lot when driving.
This is very simple expectation even very old model done it correctly.
In my Nokia N95 8GB or even old model, they serve the good job but not expensive new N86. why? I just need a balance phone.

For few years time, there are no much change on the phone functionality after Bluetooth/memory card slot/3G until Nokia N8 have USB data transfer avability. Good move Nokia.

> In reply to and1one66 @ 2010-08-25 11:30 from v0qT - click to readHi, I'm not currently on planning such a comparison, but I'm sure once the product is available to reviewers there will be plenty who will do such a comparison. In practice I think you'll find we've imporved on the N82 with the N8 in almost every aspect of camera and video performance and therefore will not be disappointed. As someone who's been lucky enough to have been using the N8 for some time now, I can't imagine going back to any previous Nokia handset right now after my imaging experience with the N8.

> In reply to Kaushal @ 2010-08-25 10:21 from t}H{ - click to readThis is not the area of my expertise, but I believe there are a number of aspects which need to be balanced here. So how you measure sensitivity is perhaps open to interpretation. What I mean by this is that there are various algorithms which are designed to filter out accidental or unintended touches from the intentional ones. This I believe makes it harder to compare. Of course the touch component is capacitive based so if you have skin that doesn't tend to be dry you will find significantly improved experience. In practice this is one of those areas you'll need to judge for yourself.

hi sir damian, can you give us a sample photo using its xenon flash with a comparison to nokia n82.

also, can you tell us how good the touchscreen capability of this phone. i used an apple iphone before, and it was really great (save for the user experience, which was the worst of all phones ive ever tried!)
i want to know its sensitivity capability, whether it can be compare to that apple iphone4 or even better to that iphone4.

last thing, the video sample, if its good enough to compete with other manufacturers or better than them.

please sir damian.

Hey Damian,

Please help with the touch screen sensitivity,
Can it be compared to Iphone or Xperia X10.
Is it better or in line with it or less sensitive..
