AB, 14 Sep 2010e7 is a joke...nhd res on a 4 incher!!! my n900 is way better. perhaps the buzz going is right... moregoogle screen size/resolution/distance and you will see why the E7s resolution is perfectly fine... hell look at Engadgets comparison of the E7 vs the Iphone4 screen... the E7 looks way better.
XD iphone4 has some washed up colours friggin sucks XD NOKIA FTW
Well, the specs are certainly good, but did anyone else notice how good those phones look? Aluminum, stainless steel, new sleek design (probably no cheap plastic as people used to say about them)... they stepped up the game in design too. At least one very popular phone (won't name it, you know who you are) looks old and boring now. If I'm just looking at design/hardware right now it's Motorola and Nokia, and then not much else. Congrats to Nokia.
The right part of the pics taken with N8 is blurry.
wow the N8 clearly beat the iphone 4 on that video sample
The HD video captured from the nokia n8 is awesome!!
N8
Nice shoots, excellent quality of the metallic body, all is fine.
But which idiot would buy a mobile phone with Symbian ^3 where is no chance for an upgrade to ^4? In less then one year Nokia will offer the new Symbian ^4 and all phones with ^3 would be out-of-date.
Nice try Nokia - but only for pure fans.
shak, 14 Sep 2010Nokia you have done it......good job......really nice to see good smartphones from you after l... moreyep agree with you 100% man. Android and others are really good n all but they fall short of some crucial things....like battery life. Though they are good and very desirable devices nokia's new approach seems to keep the nokia trend alive. The trend of being unique.
Nokia you have done it......good job......really nice to see good smartphones from you after long long gap.
I live Nokia mobiles. They are the best in market in terms of Hardware and easy to use OS and especially battery life....long lasting compare to all other brands of Mobile phones.
Keep up good work. All the best.
wow nokia have really done it. Its not only the photos but the video looks great. The pics and shots in my opinion come off with more realistic colors. Hats off to nokia!!!!!!
1.just stop sayin why nHD?! because symbian touch only supports nHD for now. (non touch screen has variable resolution not this one). so basically nokia is forced to use nHD. do you really think a company who puts all these stuff in that body can't put a wvga screen on that?! for god's sake!!! 2.nokia invented camera phones. so nokia doesnt beat samsung at its own game. its simply what nokia theme selves started. imagine sony as inventor of blu ray couldnt make the best blu ray players!!! nokia was late for its own game (1 year) so better quality of nokia cameras is somehing mandatory for them.
Very nice pics of the iPhone with jailbreak (Cydia) showing up...lol!
Yeah, nHD resolution on a 4" display is poor. But i think C7 is a good phone and i am thinking of buying it.
Noakia is back in the game :)
i wonder if the C6-01 hd video recording matches the N8 quality?? i suppose it doesnt because N8 has Carl Zeiss...but let see....im planning to buy C6-01
Maybe it's just the way the picture was taken, but in the image The nokia c601 has blacker blacks than the samsung pixon 12. Nokia are beating samsung at their own game
x, 14 Sep 2010i think iphone 4 still better than these. (360*640pix) on 4' really suck. Look at awesome 640*... moreThose who have a problem with nHD resolution, can you tell the difference of it between hvga or the retina display of Iphone4? Come on, use common sense. You yourself can say that Nokia did a great job keeping the nHD resolution on the screens without having us justify for it. Use ur heads.
Nokia, you are spot on with the nHD resolution with the E7 and others. This way i'll be able to install all the existing apps without any ugly upscaling/zooming.
e7 is a joke...nhd res on a 4 incher!!! my n900 is way better. perhaps the buzz going is right nokia is doomed!!!!!
Can Nokia C6-00 OS be upgraded to Symbian^3 like Nokia C6-01 has?
