i cant rcv. any messages always notification appears message memory full and i cant download anything in the 8gb memory card always appear low space in device memory anyone can help m in this problem ? thank u

My partner bought two of these phones in holland,both sim friendly on the first of june this year ,where he is working,he gave me mine when he came home two weeks later,the power button wouldnt work and the sim holder came off as i put the sim in ,sent it to be repaired after waiting over two weeks for the bag to come out by post,and now there tell me it isnt covered,it states on the warrenty uk and ireland,i will never buy a samsung phone again
