Samsung Galaxy Note preview: First look - read the full textThey used to be big, later they became redundant. As soon as smartphones were ready to offer the same features, PDAs were on the way to becoming extinct. With a device like the Samsung Galaxy Note though, one can't help but wonder if they're...

Can you please do a comparison review of the note andd the Samsung galaxy nexus. Please compare the USB on the go and MHL features by connecting them to large screen TVs, projectors, keyboards, flash memory sticks, hard disks (via powered usb hubs), gaming controllers, connecting cameras to directly transfer photos (as possible on many years old archos 605 with portable dock), MHL splitter cables and if a gaming controller and output to projector or large screen can be connected simultaeneously via the use of MHL splitter cables etc. If possible please do a video of how these features are used as tutorils too.

Please allow users to post via ´disqus´ profiles as am not interested in linking facebook profiles as i dont have a facebook profile :o

This phone seems to deal with many issues like web browsing and the stylus pen.

> In reply to ritik @ 2011-10-09 17:12 from U@b8 - click to readyou must not talk like that, Not everyone are interested in phone for the same reasons, for some people a phone is just to make a call, people are inserted in different size display base on what they are using there phone for, I don’t want and iPad because it’s too big to carry around, this device would be like an iPad and phone in one, this phone would actually be my dream phone if it was running WP7.5 or full win7 or 8 OS, I really hope that in the near future Samsung give us a windows version of this phone.

Hope the price is not as big as the screen. The phone is perfect except for the ludicrous price

I've always believed that the optimal smartphone will have the biggest screen possible while still fitting in a shirt pocket. The Dell Streak was too early to market, but the Galaxy Note could be a game changing final form factor for all these phones. I know right now people think it odd to see someone talking on these big phones...but at some point I think people will think it odd to see people using anything smaller than these phones.

its all about what you need. I have SE Arc at this moment, but understood that i need a bigger screen, because Im using phone for browsing and watching movies about 40% at work. Notebooks and tablets would bee too big because i need to stay mobile. 5.3" is the best that suits me.

This isn't too big for a phone. It just needs a big pocket for its big heart.
