Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman review: Droid's got talent - read the full textNot the first time Sony Ericsson are trying to mix man and robot. I am gonna buy it. it's lovely. my w810i was the best walkman I have ever had. after that I bought several SE W Series phones but I was disappointed.

I love the walkman...

sadly the way in which I had to part with my last walkman phone (w200i) was quite sad...

phone's joystick was not working ... but since it was old got it repaired for 1.5K INR out of warranty.

then 10-14 months later it again gives the same problem, to make matters worse my fingers were larger than they were when I got the phone several years ago and the screen was pathetic compared to my SE C510.

so finally exchanged it for a Nokia x2-01...

this phone is what my C510 and w200i should have been 2 - 5 years ago... shame on SE to take so long to innovate at least they could have released a dumbphone walkman that had microSD card slot and 3.5 headphone jack...

wish my C510 has this ...

If you press the big triangle (Commonly known as the play button) on the screen when previewing Panorama, the phone will go full screen and scroll through the image. Obviously it cannot go full screen as an overview as the screen dimensions wouldnt accomodate that!

I'd have been more impressed with a non-touchscreen dumbphone style walkman phone as well as the touchscreen type. No inline remote for track change etc....mmmmmmm, so every time you want to skip pause stop a track you have to take the phone out of your pocket and touch a screen, well isn't that clever (irony).

This is why i prefer dumbphones with music players, i can keep it in my pocket and press the buttons, especially handy if in wet conditions.

I'm all for touchscreen phones however they are missing a trick by not doing dumbphone style phones with all the features.

NO, IT SI NOT THE TIME TO DROP WALKMAN, because it means over 30 years of tradition. This is your pedigree, iti like having a good friend again with me from school, but for god sake make it to be a real walkman, with real smashing sound through headphones output, real power like iphone4 have. why it is so hard for sony to put a powerful amplifier for headphones, to rise from weak 2x5mw to a 2x40-50 mw output and to make history again in portable sound?? HEY SONY, NOW YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN AGAIN. BLOW MY SONY XB-100O HEADPHONES!!!

Which of the two has a better camera performance, the Xperia mini pro or live with walkman? Thanks to whoever will answer this based on a good analysis.

that panorama pic :P it looks as if they took it on a VGS camera :P bad quality :( btw isnt there any software which can use directly the camera without the compression technology of sony..:( its better to add salt later and eat rather than putting more salt unknowingly n making the food salty..ri8?

Dear Sony, It's time to drop the name, 'Walkman'. It sounds really old, like 'tape,' or 'cd'. It's time to partner with some USA carriers. Step up your game.
