Samsung Galaxy Y 5360L Battery got burned and exploded it.

My Samsung Galaxy Y 5360L was turned off at the moment that I was charging the battery on last 01/01/2012 and after 2 hours, the battery just got exploded burning my sofa.

The Samsung Galaxy Y 5360L itself got burned and full of damage because of the battery.
I follow the instructions how to charge it, it wasn't a short circuit cause the other electrical devices are working totally fine.

I went to the store where I purchased to claim the guaranty cause The Samsung Galaxy Y 5360L had only 15 days with me and had full of warranty per 30 days.

The changed it, off course the kept the damage device with accessories and they provided me a new one with all new accessories.

It was something scary and disappointment since I had never experience something like that before with any brand of cellphone.

Now my question is? Who's gonna pay for my Sofa?

I could not connect my Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5360 with PC till date as Kies not installed automatically and not activating the window from an internet connection. The authorized sales executives are not thorough in operation of the phone and they even reluctant to attend due to crowd. What I can do. I cant even down load pictures taken on 01/01/2012 to my system. They should have preloaded the software well advance to solve it. May I approach the Consumer Court for their poor support. Please advise.

Please consider my review. Here are the pros and cons from the user side.

The greatest pros are:

The cons are:

Camera is a major drawback
RAM is limited
Not much of available apps
Accelerometer isn't so good
No hot-swappable SIM
Battery life is poor
Low resolution
There are more pros than cons. The phone is the best among the phones in its price range. This is the first smartphone for you- if you wanna buy one Smartphone.

Go on....

Somethings which I don't like about this phone:

-> You can never sign off Gmail
-> You can't send sms to more than 10 people at a time (There are apps available though)
-> SMS Threadview is good, but the SMSs are all displayed in some random fashion, confusing a lot of times
-> Samsung apps username/password N E V E R works, even if you are sure you have written it down
-> Can't delete contacts by source, ex: Can't delete all the contacts synched thru Gmail etc, this is very annoying.
-> Can't uninstall preloaded apps, very very annoying
-> Can't stop some of the useless services which automatically start

Positive Points:

FANTASTIC Phone for it's price
Awesome touch screen
Awesome Keyboard types (check the settings)
Awesome touch sensitivity
Very good speed

Over all, very good phone if you can compromise on flashless Camera etc.

The camera application stores photos in the gallery. But moving it to the SD card is not intuitive. I am struggling to find out how to move photos to SD card, but still have not been successful. If somebody knows how to do the same, request you to kindly post the same.
