how to light the back and menu key on galaxy y s5360..even they are in use they still not functioning or no light

The internal memory becomes full though there are less applications installed. Can somebody advice me to correct this problem?

Am getting to charge my battery twice a day after using the fone tp call, receive calls, texting and facebook. What could be the problem? The Smsung distributors in my country have not been able to sort it out. please help.

internal phone memory is to small to keep u with updates.. Know software updates available or any information on how to upgrade internal phone memory...

Hello i've recently got the samsung galaxy y and i'm not sure how to know when its battery's fully charged and it says nothing in the booklet. Could someone please help??

don't describe and complain anything like it is a feature phone
please put on your small minds that it is a smartphone! an android smartphone!
it doesn't mean that it is that affordable..you'll also be treating it as if it is a feature phone.
there are blogs to help you improve plus if you don't want the default apps then I BET there is google play store...USE IT!

Hey, i brought thz ph last week. And i dnt find diz ph a nic1. It has too many tecnical problems nd a question for evry1 y d dont suprt d sound while playng a video wich i had recorded few min ago -

it is a bad phone. it has many problems. whenever i try to send a text message of more than 3 messages, then it is automatically get converted into multimedia message and it fails to send a text message of more than 3 messages.
low battery backup- if u use internet or wi-fi
small internal storage- it gets slow after installing 10-15 apps .
heating problem- it gets very hot during charging

Internal memory is low. I have no heavy app installed in phone memory but still 169 MB out off 190 is used.

mobil out put volume is too low and dont have front camera some problem only otherwise ok.
