> In reply to NeekBuster @ 2012-01-06 10:39 from M3s@ - click to readYou are so funny! Why do you think this is a copy? Which part of the hardware do you think it looks like an iPhone? The dimension of the body, the size of the screen, or the CPU? I don't think lots of people ever heard about Meizu, and it is a small company compared to Apple, but it can make a phone better than iPhone 4s. There is nothing that Apple can be proud of, especially in nowadays cell phone market.

Turns out I am right. Newest HTC to be shown, 4.7 incher. And a slew of 4.5+ models. Robert Lichota

It is all good but I cannot even surf on my 4.3 screen. Bezel is big in this set. Typical for knock offs.

seems that china now has its guts to face the world upon the stipulations that if it is china made,it has low quality...and i say YES..it is..trying to spread embarrasing items to the world

I'm very suprised that Apple haven't put a lawsuit claim on this company judging by the obvious hardware duplication.

if it had a micro-sd card slot, then I would consider it. As it is = fail!

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2011-12-31 18:58 from t7xe - click to readAs long as you live in china, Meizu provides great after sales service. The phone comes with a card telling you about warranty. I even heard of people getting their phone repaired (for free or cheap!) after their warranty ended.

EDIT: Also, they provide lots of firmware updates, sometimes more than 1 time a month.

design, is copied from iphone but it's a beauty. i like the hardware of this device but i am not quite sure about the after-sales service of this device. i had checked their website and i found it a little scarce on information about the device and it's after-sale service. build quality is a little questionable since i have never of such brand before. internal battery is also a downside for a device having a questionable quality as batteries can leak or explode depending on the quality.
photo quality is also bad, they might want to improve on that through software update (if any) will be coming soon or never.
UI is fresh but somewhat similar to apple's theme (white, blue and grey) another downside to originality.

final words??
"innovate" don't "Imitate!!"

> In reply to zoelski @ 2011-12-23 07:23 from t7X2 - click to readAre u kidding? Actually I have seen the real one in a entity store. MX has done great change in design compared with Iphone.
If MX starts up, Breathing LED design is obvious in the bottom, which can be transfermed into different patterns when using various programmes.
