The fresh divorcees are back on the market, their new Xperia flagship kindly supplying the bang. And while the HD screen and dual-core processor are not exactly...

this seems to be the perfect phone it has a little from everything very optimised and excellent design

why anybody will need quadcore now ?
the phone will never use 4cores one is enough for OS maybe two if you have a lot of widgets

for apps and games maybe ? but no because again no game or app will use 4cores developers just started to optimise games and apps for dual core

the only thing - some benchmark and you can show off later to your friends how many points you get with your phone

Let's not forget that the S3 chipset used in the Xperia S is no slouch if properly optimized

Sony Mobile engineers have done a pretty good job on that front

But when it comes to ease of use and speed for the average person who just wants to take snapshots, the camera for the Xperia S trounces the N8's camera

There's always different factors to consider when it comes to taking pictures, and while the N8 has the better final image quality when it comes to distances focused from afar, the Xperia S' camera beats it in every single other way, including autofocused macroes

The camera for the N8 and XS target different audiences, it's like comparing apples to oranges

Hi.. I think it's a good start for Sony.. Even iPhone is using a dual core processor and the new iPhone will come around October so Sony can take their time with quad core.. When I wanted to buy a new phone my options were Sony's arc, Apple's iPhone and htc sensation and ya for some reason I didn't consider Samsung galaxy s2.. I don't like Samsung but thts just me so respect to all Samsung fans.. I don't need the best specs but what I need is a good overall package.. I have a Sony vaio dual core and it's gets the job done I have simply no problem with it so for me specs matter but it's not everythg.. I bought Sony's arc because it was 10000/- (200$) cheaper than both htc sensation and Samsung galaxy s2.. And 15000/- (300$) cheaper.. And I am very happy with it.. I have put 32 gb card and thts more than enough for me.. I think Sony is going the vaio way with their mobile division and I like it.. The overall package of vaio is very good and as a 4 month old arc user I am very happy with it.. My next upgrade will be in October and it mite be Sony again and the only company close to Sony is apple.

i was hoping that Sony will make better phones than Sony-Ericsson.
but it looks like that i was wrong.

and why the use of micro SIM card?
micro SIM card is way too iphone-ish.....

The S4 dual core chip benchmark and performance are in par with Tegra 3 according to some reports, cuz of its A15 architecture.

And it's trouble when u want active the srceen, u should press button on top or use camera button to light up srceen......
