After alot of online comparisons and some in store hands on, I went with the 7.7. For some reason, the bigger retailers here don't stock the 3G version so I grabbed one off Ebay. 'Second hand' but only a week old (seller apparently didn't like it - wtf?) Anyway, it came with the ICS installed and some accessories. A must have is the bookcover/rotating stand and the port/usb adapter. It's a fantastic tab, properly portable (unlike the Ipad's), and small enough that you can text/email in the vertical position (like a smart phone), using your thumbs. The screen is fantastic and somehow it doesn't retain fingerprints and smudges! Yeah, you'll occasionally have to wipe it over but it's still amazingly clean despite repeated screen tapping. I've noticed a couple of annoying things such as it only allows printing to a narrow selection of Samsung printers (none of which l own) and for some reason, it won't recognise my Apple 4 in bluetooth mode. But really, these are minor things aren't they? I've yet to use it as a phone, or a GPS or a camera and I seriously doubt I ever will. I have dedicated toys for those things. I bought this tab for its on the go portability, its 3g/wifi access and its fantastic battery life. The AMOLED screen is incredible and the ICS works a treat. If you're stalling or second guessing about buying this tab, don't. You won't be disappointed. Just do it.

ditch the camera function and lower the damn price!! to all tablet manufacturers, why should I need to take a picture using a gadget which I can not even hold firmly in one hand, especially when I always carry a smartphone with me??

> In reply to soroush @ 2012-04-06 02:28 from JGTg - click to readNot had this happen with 'normal use'. The only time it did warm up a little was when I was wirelessly transferring a movie (via Kies Air) from my PC to the Tab. It was warming up in the antenna area.

Other than that this device is fantastic. It does have the noted occasional lag that comes with 3.2, but looking at the flow of the Tab 10.1 2 with ICS this baby should soon fly.

A well worth investment, brilliant for the business person on the run with it's performacne, visuals and the perfect transport size.

I am a very happy little camper.

wtf....why All share any Keis Air application missing in this....why companies turn dumb sometimes to ignore such useful features and disappoint users.

Thanks for the great review. I owned this tab also and actually I'm using my tab writing this comment. There's some issue but i' m sure once updated to ics these will resolve all these minor issues. I bought this tab coz of. Super amoled plus hd. screen and the exynos processor. Although we've been waiting for so long this review, its worthy enough of waiting. Thanks gsmarena, I never regret nor disappointed in buying this tab. Waiting for ics update...

This tab is great - but needs ICS soo badly - it's stutter all over the place when it shouldn't. I'm using Go Launcher HD and dolphin tab. The Pulse news app is great on this tab though - perfect size. ICS Now!

> In reply to SpaceQ @ 2012-04-03 10:00 from T4WH - click to readYour lucky not to have issues then as several ive seen on stores have, or my requirements for a quality screen is much higher than yours but im glad your happy with your decice, your experience matters more than what others have to say.

I read ebooks in a white text and black background, i dont see anything masochistic about that.

Enjoy your devce, ive already returned mine after several replacements l, issues also verified by samsung technicians so im not imagining things
