Really ... 4.8inches and you expect it to sell like S2 ?
I don't think so
this phone deserves a bulky protective cover, and a day one root for custom firmware. i hope people notice you carrying a galaxy s3
I'm in Love with this phone
Mobile reviews n real world usage is different so dont get sucked in people.

I wonder how resistant to scratches the back cover is. Do you guys think the Hyperglaze also serves as an extra coating for scratch-proofing? I don't mind about the looks, but the back just looks so glossy and shiny, I worry about it being easily scratched just like my ipod touch 4th G. (Not a big fan of hard cases/protector)
AnonD-11361, 21 May 2012Is S3 already out in the market? the Review is fast. unlike other handsets,. especially nokia ... moreThey didn't do review for fun anyway. As a publisher, they would go for a popular phones, and Nokia isn't in the list anymore.

I have to say it once again, SIII design is ugly. That's all it fail for me.
Splendid review,
Nice job guys.
Cheers...
MicroSim a disadvantage? How on earth did you come up with that?
And the plastic is actually practical. Drop it from head hight and it might survive unlike others
does accelrometer, gyrometer etc sensorrs are included on every smartphone does it deserve a place in advantages as @gsmarena shows it
SGS3 design is just plain ugly, and the device it self is bloated with lots of useless apps. as always like all android devices, at very least, you need to root it , so it can function properly. or better yet install clean custom ROM.

Anonymous, 20 May 2012"dubious aesthetics" really... The front is amazing, the back is mehhow many times do you look at the back of your phone? unless you turn your phone backwards while resting it on a table etc, close to none, yet people keep yapping about how bad the back side is LOL not to mention people usually put these top of the line phones in a protective pouch so nothing shows anyway!
S3/Nexus are equal as they can both use each others app.
Siri is pretty good though.
With the growth of all thing Google, I have asked many times does anyone know how secure is Android, but no one ever responds. Is it because everyone is happy to to entertain spyware and certain Google data collection software, all just because the facade of Android is an attractive impulse buy, or is it because you just dont know. As a prolific business traveler all around the world, and having several mobiles just for myself let alone for my business, I know that given the opportunity some one will have a go at our business. So lets stop the crap. How secure is Android, and of course well done Samsung.
