With all of the Galaxy Tab variants out there, the Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 it seems like systematic attempt by Samsung to put a unique tablet variant in the hands of every living person on the planet...

I bought 3 of the Samsung tab 2 7" wifi only for the kids at Christmas and then bought 32gb memory for it. Yes you can store things on the micro sd card like music movies and so on but you cannot use it for installed apps, you cant move apps onto the micro sd. Ive tried everything. Nothing can be installed to it or moved to it.I bought Need for speed and needed over a gig space for it so I installed it and now after the other apps that were already installed my tab is full. Basically the micro sd is there for storage only. You cant install 2 big apps. Ive purchased COD also but cant install it on the same tab. Unless someone knows different please let me know. The micro sd card is 32gb class 10. Thank you.

says the tab 2 7.0 expandable memory card allows only saving of music, and not files, movies or apps. Is this true? TIA

I just bought a galaxy tab 2 7.0, i was expecting it to be ics but surprisingly it runs jellybean which i find it a bit off as i bought this tablet so that i can run flash materials. How can i solve this? Is there any solution? Let me know if there is:) thanks in advance!

The main issue with tis tablet is heating... It gets heated up badly...
Gsmarena guys... U have written no charging through usb but my galaxy tab 2 gets charged through usb.... So.. Btw I'm frm India :-)

you should go 4 it.. U can use it for ur official work...and u can download games frm the play store...and about the jebbybean it will update very soon ...but battry life is poor...

I have this tab for 4 months. It does support flash but if you upgrade it to jelly bean, the os is not supported by adobe flash. So the solution is just stick to ics. You can still download the flash player from sources other than play store. It does support HD video.

Lemme be honest, this li'l tab surprised me ! Being more accustomed to the iPad at work n the Xperia Ion everywhr else, i definitely hadnt xpected much frm it, odr than the low price tag ! But waddaya know ? Samsung does manage to pack a punch wid this one ! The only downside i found on it was the PLS display, but then again, for INR 19k, id be stupid to ask any more :P Seamless UI, decent processor, surprisingly ok camera (in well lit surroundings only, though) Totally worth the price and more...!!

Guess what? NO FLASH! Yep! from august 30 the adobe flas player support was withdraw, so you can´t play flash content on the web browser. Major drawback!

The camera for GT P3100 does not have autofocus function, and no flash too.

Can someone confirm that?

sgt 7.7 is old and u can't compare it vs sgt 2 7.0!
sgt 7.0 is the best "7 tablet coz :
1.ice cream sandwich original O.S.
2.fit and handy size.
3.HD 1080 video supporting.
4.PLS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors
5.memory:microSD, up to 32 GB
good job samsung!
