Im very surprised if it sells over 10 million

Read this: http://www.knowyourmobile.in/n...ear_end.html

Google expected to sell 6-8 million Nexus 7 by year end

Far from iPad numbers, even if that doubles which not going to happen its still isnt enough.

Yeah right, maybe you should come back to reality?

It might sell well, something like 6 million etc.

Almost my perfect tablet. Needs a 3G option, HDMI and a better screen. I'm fine with dropping back camera and internal storage, and 7" is the perfect size.

Well i think will outsell the ipad. as the price is wallet friendly and for the bang for buck. works out better value. and and the build quality is awesome .so all in all a top tab.

yes the ipad has the retina screen and all that jazz. but its overprices tab. this is just as good but half the price. go asus well done

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2012-08-16 09:42 from IWdW - click to readI don't know why GSMArena keep saying apps as a cons in their reviews, i got my 3rd Android tablet and i don't miss any app. Neither most of the stupid flood of ios ones (talking about bragging your so called ecosystem). They should quote a few examples of what they are missing, maybe ppl will find them alternatives.

Concerning screen's filling, depends only of lazy devs.. I personnaly don't use Facebook... and i got a few games only which don't fill my 1920*1200 display (out of maybe 50 games).

I've had one for 2 weeks now and honestly, for the things I use it for, it is perfect. No need for a rear camera. Fits perfectly in your hand. Just good old back to basic tablet browsing.

I would expect many of Google/Asus's target market to hold out on buying this device until the version with mobile data (HSDPA, 3G) is finally launched which is a more realistic mobile tablet proposition. Shame it wasn't launched at the same time.

> In reply to TDMaster @ 2012-08-15 22:47 from muGb - click to readI am amazed at how Android fans mock and mock iOS fans just because of a list of hardware features, while iOS users continue to do whatever they want to do. Why? Apps. The iOS user is someone concerned with getting things done, and the iOS ecosystem is simply rich with apps which allow this to be achieved.

This is built for streaming and cloud storage people. Stop complaining about the limited storage and emphasize those things.

Why flash wasnt in major disadvantages section?

It should be there, today i learned that android devices doesnt work very well with html5 or it doesnt support those sites while iOS users can enjoy many many flash sites with their devices of course htlm5 style, but android just showing you need flash plugin.

Another major disadvantage that really should be on GSMARENA's list: no HDMI.
