Can you separate the volume like music on its own, ringtones on its own, games on its own?

I have the galaxy note Sgh-i717 and I never have liked all the junk apps on Android, but I liked all the things you get for free. I read about wp8 and how all the bloat ware can be uninstalled. So I purchased the cheapest wp8 I could get. Its the Nokia 521. I use Facebook and YouTube and on Android tubemate. My cheap Windows Phone downloads free videos and music. You have to transfer them to the sd card with a PC. I am buying a new phone on the 1st and I could buy a S4 or a Windows phone. Price limit is 500.00. My decision is the Lumia 820. Reason why, Penta banded, still can download free music and videos, no rooting to get rid of bloat ware, and finally zero lag plus the memory expansion slot. My friends are the same as I am, its so damn stressful to have a phone lock up on you. Also I like the squares i don't have to go thru a lot of apps to find the info in seeking. Its right on the desktop.

Hi everybody here,

I am not using Nokia for a while since I was not happy with the Business Class Mobile Phone yrs ago, the quality of the phone really bad, especially with their E series.
Till lately i try to get a Nokia back for a try.
I am very impress with the price, firstly then the software feelings. GOSH I LOVE with It as same as Apple OS. Off course Apple OS system is best! As i am using Nokia Windows 8 Phone because it is coming with MS Words and Excel.
I am not using this for Game so i am not very fuss on the quantity of the Internal Ram as comparing with Samsung or Apple that with 16mb ram.
So far i am happy as the price is affordable and it suits us with little price comparing with Apple and Samsung! Thanks Nokia, and looking forward to see the future development of Windows 8 phone!

Should I go for 820 or 720. I don't play heavy games and love a good camera. I can buy other country drive+ later when commercially available. Need long battery life and loud ringer. Which camera is better. Please help. Thanks.

Not.
You see, the Nokia lumia 720's GPU - in this case; Adreno 305 - is almost, almost not quite, as good as Adreno 225 but, sadly, no. Notachance. Adreno 225 still kicks @$$ in this department.

Which one is better lumia 820 or the recently launched lumia 720?
The spec-to-spec view is conflicting.
Battery - 720 > 820
Front Camera - 720 > 820
GPU - 720 > 820
RAM - 820 > 720
