Google Nexus 4 review: Royal road - read the full textIt's the next-generation Nexus and this time LG has the privilege. And when Google goes "My pleasure!", they most likely mean it. What's up with the promised battery test? Have you lost the battery or what? Come on, post the battery results already.

The Nexus 4 aside, how come the Galaxy S2 posted such excellent benchmark? It trashed its successor S3 in every one of it. The scores been appearing in a few review already but they are different from what is reported in the original S2 review or the earlier S3 vs S2 review.

Did it receive Jellybean and gain an ultra boost to its performance? Or is that the new S2 Plus running on dual Krait?

I have this phone and its fast! Battery is average. Not terrible for me. Standby time is very good. 16gb is good enough for me which has 12gb free. LTE is not great here in singapore so its not a big deal for me. Bought it $500 from a guy which is far from $350 on google playstore but it was worth the cost considering it had to be imported and the demand of the phone was great. Im lucky to be the one of the first nexus owners in the world... A happy camper.

> In reply to TMB @ 2012-12-13 16:41 from 0CRa - click to readYes, this is a North American website.. which makes my LTE comment completely justified.. considering how hard companies here push LTE and how much faster it is than its predecessors, I would say not having it on a brand new phone is quite lame.
What do I care what other countries have it or not? I don't live there.. I live here, in NA lol

Don't know why anyone would bother with Nexus 4 when LG got it right with Opt G. 32gb internal, LTE, fastest hardware, beautiful design, way nicer than Nexus 4 body for sure.. only thing about LGOG that is lacking is the camera.. its not that great. Everything else though is awesome.

Sony XPERIA P is better than Nexus 4 - cheaper price with almost same features(CPU is a downgrade, though) and xperia p is only one version - 16gb, but p has usb host+hdmi.

> In reply to kill-for-exclusivity @ 2012-12-10 08:08 from fCNm - click to read8GB and 16GB is just NOT enough. How stupid google can be. People must capture 5MP Photos and 720p HD videos - these are standard for most people. And MP3s are in atleast 128kbps. And why people wont play HD Games? Single piece HD game size is 1GB+ . so, for 5mp photos+HD videos+HD games+standard 128/192kbps mp3 songs 8gb is no go, and 16gb is not enough.

If u wana enjoy best video viewing experience- nothing can be better than GALAXY S or Note series, as they can play any video at any resolution at any format. But u cant do so on this nexus 4. Though it got proper cpu, nexus 4 is the dumbest performer.

I am worried about some people, they might buy this and wont be happy and then flood the forum trolling android. This already happened with dumb galaxy nexus. They should check what is touchwiz with android and what is stock poor android. 8GB sucks big time. No usb otg. Nexus 4 not a great phone at all.
