What do you mean very crappy? If the result in Linpack it's low it is because of the issue with 4.1.2 devices. Mali 400MP in the Galaxy S II it's very weak. The polygons rate it's very important for the graphics. While Mali 400MP in the Galaxy Note 2, the test polygonal in 1080p offscreen, fragment lit it's 9 millions in the Galaxy S II Plus it's 52 millions.

What's the point of all that "off-screen higher polygon rate" if the end result of actual benchmarks are still below average.

this phone has better polygon rate than the original Galaxy S2 i9100. Even better than the Adreno 320 in fragment lite at 1080p offscreen of the Optimus G. 52 millions of triangles of the Galaxy S II Plus against 40 millions of the LG Optimus G E973. This means better graphics in the Galaxy S II Plus than in the original Galaxy S II and better video acceleration.

F*ck you samsung, u don't even have to give us JB source code, I'm already running mcm's cm10.1 with 60FPS. I'll never buy a samsung product again unless it has emmc brick bug :D

This phone has a better gpu than the original galaxy S II. Look at the Glbenchmark site and see the difference. It is to afford the larger videos. For this it is that it uses also 64gb micro sd cards. Above of that this gpu is for better games with better graphics already that has much better polygons rate. This gpu in terms processing power can achieve 24 gigaflops.
