Other phonemakers are very obvious with their desperation to topple the iphone. Jampacking their smartphones with features that many not practically make a lot of sense, and again, those features are compromising performance, yet what thet care the most is to look impressive on paper. Luckily for them, there are still gullible users out there who only think about a long feature list rather than a phone that works smoothly.

Slowly but surely, the Apple's iPhone will one day be dethroned by HTC, Samsung or even Blackberry!

JUST WAIT AND SEE!

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-11-22 11:32 from vj1kThe V3 didn't have wifi, 3G, a 600MHz ARM 11 processor, 256MB RAM, PowerVR SGX graphics 16 or 32GB onboard memory, a capacitive touchscreen, a full unix based OS with native application support, 3.2 Megapixel Camera with autofocus, touch to focus and touch to adjust white balance, GPS, a digital compass, movies, TV shows, songs Apps, University courses, Podcasts all downloadable directly to the handset, a desktop class web browser, full html email support, etc, etc, etc...

...and a whole lot of people who think they are above anyone else so try to make their decisions for them.

Why don't you go infuriate yourself with the frustration associated with owning an N97 mini, it won the Asian phone of the year award.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-11-22 06:30 from 2WEeIt's pretty easy to make ringtones, I like mine because no-one else has them and freeloders can't bludge them off me.

Hey I just drove 120km in 41C heat with my iPhone mounted on the windshield playing music, I'm disappointed that it didn't blow up or anything just kept playing music, I've gotta get the air-con fixed!

The iphone 3gs cannot use mp3s as ringtones they need to be converted to a 30 second m4r file.

just got hold of my new iPhone 3gs, it is quite impressive... though the battery would be one thing you'll worry about, never leave your charger behind, esp. when you're fun of browsing the net or playing with its apps.. so far so good!!! i like the response when it comes to touching the screen, it senses electricity from your skin rather than other touch screens that needs hard pressing just to get it done.. some responds poorly when touched..

Iphone 3GS is the best so far for me..
Touch screen and friendly use.

I have so many phone before.

Samsung i900 Omnia
HTC Touch HD
HTC Touch Pro2
There are very bad in touch screen.

I can't wait to try out the new HTC HD2
I heard the touch screen will be the same as Iphone I think.

Iphone still the best for me now!!

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2009-11-21 15:46 from wHrqI leave them on all the time, then again I make sure I have means available to charge my phone, it goes back 18 years to my first phone which had NiCad batteries and wouldn't last for more than a few hours without a $600 car kit to charge it.

If you're too tight to buy a car charger, spare USB cable, spare battery or one of the thousands of things available with iPod/iPhone docks then buy something else and quit whining.
