Storm2 9520 is original unlock or international version (you can use with any sim-card)
Storm2 9550 is lock version (specific network carries, for example Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile.....)

m agree with all comments is bad mob, it has not any attrection shame on the blcak barry com. coz i spend my mony on waste carbage what they are making even com employe dont know how to use it no net help and no other help by the service center perosn use less thing

u should get the gsm version i guess - as somebody have mentioned i guess theres a cdma version too , however i highly recommend looking else where other than this phone , i used it for around two weeks and it was a mess (long time ago) , the press touch screen technology is not amazing as u think - when texting it becomes a whole bad nightmare , the web browser is bad it takes around 5 min's to display a web page but when it comes to mobile web pages those gets displayed quickly i guess its a terrible bug and yes i was running the latest firmware in it . the music player got bugs in it which will display a black bar in the now playing album art area . some headsets with 3.5 mm wont support this phone properly they will give a loud humming sound whenever u play music in it . available applications and games are limited and the app center wont support srilanka . there are no 3rd party proper web browsers available for this phone the available bolt and opera browsers got bad bugs in them which will crash them or mess your phone up . all in all do you really wanna pay monthly for email support ? which is a whole waste of your money .
finally my nightmare ended after selling this crap away and buying a galaxy s i9000 that was way way back and now im using a s.e. xperia arc .
