Hey al,
M havn a BB Tour9630, its getting restarted always n nt takn any netwrk connections xept reliance sim its working without any pbm.
Can sumbdy say what shud i do for this.
Should i take t to the service centre.???

its been 2 years i am using 9630 and its awsome and very easy to handle and use. I think blackberry is the best mobile company in the world

When u buy an item from naaptol and u face issues, get the address of the vendor who shipped the item to you, call him, tell the problem and ask for a remedy....make sure u sound frustrated because of the issue, otherwise the vendor may take cntrl of the situation and bug u(if clever). Some vendors are co-operative though.

It‘s a nice phone but my problem with it is that chargers don‘t work on it.it gives a charging sign but d battery status is not improving despite several hours of charging.

Have been using the tour for some time now nd wat happen was I downloaded a game from bb app nd after it said reboot now or later nd I went in for now after it couldn't turn on so I had to flash the phone ever seen I can't downlad anything nd have no game and no powerpoint.what I want to know is how do I get games and other things back
