I already had this phone for a month and it's trully INCREDIBLE!
Pros:
1. Super clear SLCD but not really great under the sun.
2. The phone is very fast, I have played many HD games on this HTC device like. . .Dead Space, Modern Combat 2, Gangstar 1 & 2, Brothers in Arms, Asphalt 6, NOVA 2. . .NO LAG AT ALL!
3. I like that it always have 200MB-250MB-275MB FREE RAM. (average after reboot)
4. WIFI is very fast and easy to connect and has longer range.
5. Battery life is the best among other android phones coz it only has one-core. . .I can browse thru wifi for atleast 8 hours straight, play HD games for 6 hours, and 2 days with light usage.
6. I like it's UNIQUE design.
7. Camera is a little bit dull in color but it is good with daylight.
8. Secondary cam is average.
9. Speaker is a bit soft but good in ringtones.
10. I have gingerbread but I don't want to update to ICS coz other's experienced that it's still unstable and buggy.

Have been using incredible s for almost 4 months... Extremely good.. moreover HTC has announced ICS UPDATE by this month.... Supports hd games...
