Legend suck. Legend good once when using original 2.1 os, after update to 2.2, Legend SUCK! slow, lag, can't downgrade, more lag when install application in SD card, lag when view photo, slow and inaccurate camera focus, poor customer support to fix this lag issue.
After use near 2 year, screen become insensitive sometime and not able to drag unlock screen, need remove battery to recover, not sure is software or hardware issue, after reset factory default, software keep as 2.2 not 2.1, problem still not solved......

When I am composing a text message and I try to go back and edit by placing the cursor where I want it, it jumps all over the screen and it will NOT go where I want it. Sometimes it's taken me half a darned hour to get it where I want it and then I don't know how I did it. I can't get it to the end of the message to erase backwards and I can't place it properly it just seems to jump by line. Don't understand it. Have I mistakenly set something up this way? If so I'd like to UNDO it! Wish they had a delete button on the keyboard too!

Anyone got calling issue with this phone?Sometimes even if the signal bars are full,can't make/receive any calls.Phone goes to out of reach mode.When i try calling it shows 'Connection error or inavlid MMI'

i have had my legend freeze on me,when trying to call someone,as well as texting,have had a a new screen replaced on it & now having being limited to try & download a couple of app's,but the phone message came up,as not enough space,could someone please recommend,a solution.

I've had two for 8 months. Our first smart phones. Easy to operate. EasDownside 1: No 850Mhz UMTS 3G.
Downside 2: Very poor wifi performance. Receives signals 20db lower than HTC Explorer. This makes a big difference and basically means you need to be within 10 metres, line of sight of the wifi base. Htc tells me it's like comparing an old technology car to a new one. Trouble is wifi technology hasn't changed in eight years. I've concluded it's a design fault with the wifi antenna inside the metal case. Cofirmed my findings by checking the field strengths around each phone when transmitting. If you are going to use wifi often give this one a miss. Otherwise, as a phone it's ok. for telephony and data.
