Mine keeps freezing doing just about anything on it, and I get the 'oops an error has occurred. Restarting' message a lot. Anyone else have this problem or know how to solve it?

internet is not at all working after the subscription of internet packs. but it will work by without activating internet packs

i have HTC smart, my phone make restarting and tell me notification (Ooops! a system error has ocurred... restarting! ) and it repeated again and again, so the phone cant turned on. is anybady that can halp me?? thank u for understanding me.

well i don't suggest anybody to buy this cellphone because i bought this two days before & this don't have any special spec in it even the camera quality is not good just it's style is smart nothing else

i have a htc smart. realy awesome phone. but when i dial someones number and press the call button, suddenly within few seconds it`s showing ending call. Please help me guyz

Good phone for the first month then went drastically downhill. Starting with the good points, HTC has defiantly thought about the design and the feel and look of the phone is awesome, the interface of the brew OS is run of the mill and looks fine and the camera seemed to work nicely with 3mp.

Now the bad points. The phone is incredibly slow, sometimes takes two minuets to bring up contents or app menu (due to the slow processor), the touch screen works alright but with the phone being so slow it could take 30 seconds to register your touch (annoying if texting) the screen is low res so it makes it look a bit tacky. The battery life is laughable with the phone lasting less than 12 hours while on stand-by.

The HTC smart is the worst phone I've ever used. I even had to fork out more money to buy a blackberry as I was on a two year contract. Only buy this phone if its under £1

takes long to start up .the power pin is the phone was faulty sent to htc from durban and all my data was deleted .i cannot view my sms and delete sms also

This is the worst phone that i have ever used and i hate HTC and i will recommend this to anyone i wish to take revenge

If u plug the earphone in, when u plug - out, the speaker gets muted until u restart the damn phone ! Camera is good, but it needs people to stand still like a goddamn statue which is not possible especially for a child. I took at least 200 pics of my niece (2 years old), 190 of them got blurred for the movement !! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC !!!

Nasty piece of junk! I had network problems, software problems and camera rubbish! I bought it from O2 for £40 and I thought it was a bargain. I soon realised I had been conned. The camera takes very blurred pictures if an object is moving and video is pathetic. Id put the music player on and people would look at me strange because Id have my headphones in and sound would be coming out of the speaker as well as the headphones. Id try ringing people and wouldnt connect unless I changed to 2g. When the message inbox got full then the phone slowed down badly. Awful sound sucks. I sold it just in time. Suggest you dont sell to a friend.

Worst phone ever created. Honestly do not understand how they can sell such a faulty item! The 'new phone buzz' you get everytime you get a new mobile lasted a week for me - as it broke after 8days. I have had it for a year now due to a contract, I have had it repaired 3 times and replaced with a new model. O2 finally understands and they are now replacing it with a different phone - a good phone. Do not get this phone, a brick Nokia would be a better option. Hope this helps
