something special in this phone:
even in a very crowded areas, the one you are speaking through your cell can easily hear your voice, which i have not experienced in any other cell phone.

i had the same problem with my phone, but after some months it did happen again.

Why are there two different pictures of this phone? I've unboxed alcatel c717 but it didn't look as the picture on gsmarena.Please tell me.

dr.lion, it could be possible the card is defective or that it needs formatting, insert the card and then perform a format of it.
