Am usin the black berry 8520 and i subscribed with service of alfa from lebanon the service is workin but i cant use it i called alfa services they said the problem is from the blackberry company so any helpl please pin 21185282

I am using this phone for last one year.Two times I repaired.Easy to repaire with least amount.All functions are perfect.Specialy wifi is very fast.The beat phone when you use only one sim..

if your delete a number from contacts why is it if the number calls your phone the person name appears as if the number is still saved in contacts.

Can anyone help me on my blackberry, my phone won't save any contacts, I tried to pull my battery several times but it won't work, It will just freez and an eror will pop out (net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(235)is not responding process terminated)
Please help me on my issue..
