hai there can't download my whatsapp or brows the net.
it wants me to login then enter my mobile number and

Sir , i would like to know that , i but that model in dubai ,last week i send my BB to India ,over there we can't use BB services because when we try to send SMS through cell it says network error but we can receive calls , we can make any call ..just problem is BB services..do i need to unlock somthing or what ...please advice
