It can be a little laggy, and I've seen better camera, but its about as tough and reliable as they get. Whilst my Motorolas, HTC's, etc, crash and die, this is still there for me. Really nice design too

How much was it? Change your location,check your settings. Go back to retailer and ask for exchange if not happy.
