Best Way for this is to re-install the Mobile Software. Go to Nokia.com and download Pc-Suit and all its related softwares. After doing so, connect your cellphone to the computer and on the laptop open the software and connect it. In one of the application you will have an option to re-install the mobile software and you need to do that. Make sure your laptop is fully charged and on charging and your cellphone is fully charged and on charging too. I hope that helps

i have Nokia E 75 but the problem is that it has a problem with its memory. it has a memory card of 2GB but when i try to feed in some content it tells me the its full yet the memcard itself is free of content. what could be the problem?
