press "hold"..top of fone on the left to unlock screen
then then press and hold for 3 secs the button on the lower right side of fone.
screen turns to camera mode.
aim fone at target and press the same button on the lower right side of fone very lightly until fone focuses. when your ready to capture the target, press the button on lower right side of fone fully down

My samsung battery was dying so i used a different samsung charger that is not the same as my tocco. it then turned it self off and did not seem to be charging. it will not come back on now and iive thougt of everything can you tell me why it wont come on?

When battery is fully discharged, phone won't charge with USB; it won't even start even when plugged in to the cable.
Took it for repair under warranty, and techs said they put in a charged battery & phone worked fine.
Haven't used the phone for last 8 months, and encountered same problem. Phone out of warranty now, and now will cost half the value of the phone just for service fees. New battery cost extra.
Plugged in the wall (mains) charger, works ok. Just don't let battery fully discharge that phone turns off. As long as phone is turned on, USB charges fine.

This one is very easy to operate. To mute the keypad tone, just decrease the volume button in the left hand side to Zero.
That will be fine...

Has anybody found out how to use volume control. I want to silence my keypad yet want to leave phone on normal so I can hear incoming calls? Can I alter the volume of the ring tone/ kepad? It is so annoying for me (and those around me)to hear the sound of the key pad when txting.

Manufacturers settings are no good. I bought one only to find that I could not make the keypad sound on silent/mute; when I asked for help at services, they suggested I keep it on silent/vibration which means the phone can never be used with ringtones but only silent always. Normally, with any other mobile phones, you can have the option of keeping the key pad sounds on silent but not this phone! So its not something people would want! Service with settings could have improved as it was set up incorrectly.
