Hi. I have HP iPaq hw6515. It is a wonderful 2G phone. But my phone software got corrupted during a software upgrade proceedure. Now the device boots upto a certain point and then goes into the Serial Mode and stays there. I wonder if this can be repaired.

the problem is i dont have the usb to install any new windows and also the SD card slot dosent recognize any memory i put in them and always want to format it and after format it still dosent work
