find one memory card dat is full put it inside the phone and put the phone on it will start rebooting it self from there automatic format will occurs

my htc S620 has a problem it switchs on then it freezes writing "Windows Mobile Direct Push Technology" and the only way to switch off is to take out the battery.

what must i do, please help.

my htc s620 is not seeing any other sim card exept only one service provider the rest will be serching till and it won;t bring service
