I have had one of these phones for 4 years. It is a marvellous reliable phone. I love the handwriting recognition.

Don't buy this phone. It is an absolute joke!
I've had it for almost half a year and I want to throw this phone at a brick wall.
Its interface is ridiculously slow, it lags, some of the buttons are pointless (papagox etc)and you can't use the touch screen properly. Also, outdoors, you basically cannot see the screen.
Texting is a nightmare as you can't type with your fingers, you use a fiddly stylus that is inaccurate. The settings take a genius to figure out.
For example, the 3G capabilities are horrible. I turn it off, but at the end of the month, I received a $400 bill for data usage.
Just overall, the layout of the menu's and programs are inconvenient and somewhat confusing.
Also, I take rather good care of my belongings. I don't drop my phone or damage it. Yet, it was glitchy and I've observed my phone call one of my contacts without me even laying a finger near the phone.

All in all, a horrid phone. Don't buy it!

i have been using this phone since december.
it sucks.

if you are outside, in a car or in the sun you can hardly see anything let alone to make a call.

it is not worth buying

hi all,
i've got a few USB charger and i lost track which is the original HTC touch cruise 09 charger that comes with the package.
can anyone advise how does it look like and any label on the charger which helps to identify the original charger. Thanks in advance.

This phone has good specs for a pocket pc, too bad it sucks. It's slow and lags like crazy and battery barely lasts 1 full working day with 30 mins of talktime.

i would to ask somethigs about this phone..
my papagox3 was expired in a couple days..can i make the trial version into the legal version without pay??lol
when the papagox3 expired, can i removed this program from Cruise09?? and short key for papagox3 can i replace with another GPS free program like GarminXT or etc?

whoever was asking this question the phone cuts of because of flex basically you have probably messed the flex up and it has broke you should put it on speaker it happened to my sony ericsson c905 gona gt this tho

I had this until it was stolen, and it broke my heart. Cos I loved this. Model aside, there was no glitch whatsoever. The interface was good, internet connection good, touch screen very good, basically, it was perfect except for 1 thing: hard to read under the sun. But one downside compared to all the ups? that's nothing.

The gps runs so fast, smooth & flawlessly using Mapking, Garmin XT or Google Map. Feels just nice in my palm and feels easy in my pocket too. I got both iphone and touch cruise 09. I don't need my laptop anymore on the go, I can do my banking using skyfire in touch cruise without problem.
