I have this phone for 1year. It's goof for easy calls by 2sims but I have changed and repaired its screen 3times!!!! It's really weak. all other things are good I think. but I have to change it now. I missed my Sonyericsson w700 :(

I have this mobile phone more than a year. When I brought after 3 month problem is started. Hanging always then service center uploaded new version of software. In 6 months got another problem for SMS. its hanging again, not sending immediately. Now I have problem for the touch screen. It is not working properly. Need to change touch pad as said LG service center.

I have to agree with all these negative comments on this phone (after using it for over a year), I wish I had read some reviews before buying this phone. It was overpriced and is a piece of crap. Touch screen never works properly, battery life is less than a day just for the phone to be on, let alone talking on it. Responsiveness is very slow and makes me want to smash the phone every time I have to access the menus or contacts. The only thing it has going for it is the dual SIM, but the lack of WiFi and 3G means the phone might have been useful 5 years ago, but it belongs in a museum of technological disasters now. I would never in my wildest dreams consider buying another LG phone again after owning this one. I'm glad I now have a Samsung; I can set this KS660 on fire and put it out of its sorry existence.

Less than one year after i bought KS660, suddenly it started developing soft pad problem which i later took it to LG office for repair, but to my surprise it only work for 2 month.Now the present condition of the phone is now worse than before. The phone is not good, the screen & soft pad cannot be found in the market.

This is the worst phone ever to exist in this planet, it is a shame to other LG products. Poor picture quality as if it is 2megapixels. The Touch pad is problematic, sometimes it refuses to respond. software is poor when it comes to storage of messages, sent messages are sometimes stored in inbox, as if they were sent to you, Confusion of numbers is also common.

LG should do an honest thing to compensate all the victims of this phone, and remove this phone from the market immediately.

I ll never ever buy any LG product.

i have a problem when i receivw a meesage som time it open old message with another number and i cnt read the new message.and touch is very slow and bad.

I have not liked this mobile.Touch screen is too slow to respond.There is a problem which is so interesting and that is whenever any sms comes and i try to open it,some other sms opens in some other sender's name!!!And whenever you send an sms to a particular mobile no,the sms gets delivered to some other number!!!I have gone mad with this hand set...

Had this phone for over a year. No problem with usage and features. Not nearly as fast as i-phone but what can you expect from a phone that is much less expensive as i-phone. I will recommend anytime.

I had a problem with this phone and my bluetooth. When i connect it, it shows as paired, but then i can't hearn nothing when i call someone or when i recieve a call...Anyone with this problem?

I've experienced the same frustration with this phone as everyone else here with firmware version "e". Corrupted memory seems to be the problem which on my phone has affected SMS, alarm clock memory, bookmarks, stored settings etc. I believe part of this problem is due to faulty ground reference with the charger or USB cable because all problems coincided with the use of the device when plugged in to the charger (I duplicated this after reflashing firmware - the connector is not very robust the weight of the connector is enough to give enough movement to disturb the connections which results in corruption if data is being written to memory). The fix is to reflash firmware - latest is "h" (Russian/English/Korean only) but I am using "g" which seems very stable and seems to have more languages. Touchscreen sensitivity is not the best in general but is definitely variable from unit to unit.The original touchscreen drove me mad, and then failed after 10 months. I bought another one off ebay for $11 and it was definitely more responsive. You just have to be "definite" as you press the surface! If you are used to capacitive, it will still frustrate... It's straightforward to replace apart from "glueing" into place without making a mess on the LCD :-S When it works, it is a good phone, but just lacks HSPA to complete the package. I like the UI - messaging is better than Symbian3 or S60. The Predictive option with qwerty is VERY fast to use.

I bough LG KS 660 today …it's great but I have some notes
1- Camera not 5 mega pixel I guess it's 3.15 mega pixel
2- Battery max mum one day with little work
3- Reaction of mobile is very slowly
But as a general mobile is very good

For me it's not as per me.
But I'll say it's worth.

Basically for me it lacks in :-
1) Flash during Video-Recording.
2) sometimes face prob. in Bulk- SMS.ing.
(nd SMS folder Sycn. if it's imp. for u)
