I have a motorola a1000 and it have a problem. When I switch on mobile it can't start up. It only shows the starting up screen. Kindly solve the problem.

I used to be able to connect to the computer and sync my contacts with Microsoft Outlook- but now on Windows XP it does not connect? Is there a way ot do this using the Desktop Suite?

I got mine when they first came out and not a moments problem.Its still like new with a screen cover on the only thing is the little earphone jack cover is missing a corner.The phone does everything inc( To gsma,) video recording.The wife got me 2 new original batteries of ebay @ a year ago,the phone is robust, reliable, the battery life is great and had it been multi touch you,d never need another phone, and thats coming from someone who owns a perfect working samsung jet and galaxy s.
P.S The guys whosaid good sound, its the best i've ever heard on a phone, those original metal earphones that came with it are just like listening to a home hifi, that base ooooooooooo. lol.

I've used this phone for 5years & is still working perfectly. I think is one of the best phones ever made by motorola & is able to compete with most 3G phones on the market. The only problem's that it's not common.

I had one of these for 3 years until i dropped it too many times and the mic stopped working. i have an iphone now but if this had been given the same support as the iphone it would have stormed the market. apps were much harder to find but the gps worked ok, i had software to veiw and edit or create office files, it was the first phone that i could email with, it could video call which my iphone 3gs can't and i had some pretty cool games on it. If only motorola had thought of an itunes store. shame to see it go but i am putting it in the dead phone bin as a phone with no mic is just a waste of space. alas poor yorick.
