I've been using moto krzr k1 for one year and I think it is ok for everything except GPRS. The phone tools with it is not able to connect to the internet via the mobile.

i've been using this phone about 2 yrs and a half it's practical, it fell down from me many times am a careless girl. this phone doesn't have a good camera, the battery needs to be recharged several times a day. i used this phone while talking a bath and it stopped functioning for few hours and then after turing the phone off and then on everything became normal:))

This phone is pretty awesome. I've had it for about 2 plus years now. It's cute and durable--- I've dropped it so many times and not always on the carpet either... but it still works---it doesn't freeze like most phones would. I don't know if it can stand water yet, but that's likely to happen soon...

i have now had my motorola KRZR k1 for about 8 months now and i really liked it at first but now i am having difficulites with it. For text messaging it is slow to come up on the screen. Also if i have as little 9 texts in my in and outbox then it is hard for me to recieve anymore text msgs. i am constantly deleting msgs because people always try to text me. i really like the phone for other features but i need my texting to work.

i've had this phone for a couple of days and like the reception but i'm having trouble getting it to accept the ringtones i've created in mototools. i've tried .wav, mp3, and mp4. any suggestions?

Ive had this phone for a month. I wanted a phone that could play mp3's and have at least 2gb storage. It can do that quite well but there are a few problems, but nothing major.
Cons
-Some music files you cant play because it has too high bitrate.
-Software slow sometimes
-Cannot play very high quality mp4's (It will lag)
-Texting is generally ok but you have to learn to use the ">" arrow because there is a delay if you want to use the letter on the same button
Pros
-Camera quality great
-Lots of storage if you get the 2gb card (maximum sotrage)
-It does have animated screen savers built in
-Sound Quality very good
-It can play mp4 video files, but you HAVE to make sure it is the right resolution of the phone (I use youtube and Keepvid).
-Speaker on phone is pretty good (for a phone)
-Looks very very good
Overall I would recommend this phone to any1 looking for a cheap good Mp3 player, and a decent camera aswell. (Software does get slow at times but nothing major)

have had this model fone since feb 2008,last 3 months turns itself on and off last month keeps removing and inserting memory card on its own..lamest motorola they produced

I wish that all the phones worked with the same kind of charger, and cards but unfortunately didn't providers use different cards and they won't work in other carriers phones. If things have changed and they do work with the krzr I would love that change.

I'm on my 7th Motorola KRZR K1 and today it's telling me the memory is full, can't take a pic/video or receive any messages. The warranty is up and now they will charge me to replace it. The first three froze up, then the 4th froze up and the screen turned black then phone #5 and #6 gave me the MEMORY FULL erase some messages.. I had none to erase. They software upgrade worked sometime and sometimes it didn't. Now here I am with the same dilema and just had a software upgrade a week ago..... I am patient and have been the guinea pig for them through all these phones but it's getting very old and very aggravating and harder and harder to stay patient and calm.

I have downloaded video clippings from youtube and put in my phone in the past and it worked. But for some reason, it's not working now. It would give me an error message saying "file corrupt", while the other files I downloaded previously are still playing fine. I tried to use a different youtube download software and it doesn't solve the problem. Any ideas, guys?

I do like this phone, but there are two problems with mine. First of all, the battery life isn't very long and secondly, when i text on predictive text, the phone takes too long to type it on screen. Meaning that i've finished writeing my text but have to wait another 5 mins before i can actually send it.
