> In reply to d1 @ 2008-09-27 16:34 from PvW1 - click to readThe Motorola KRZR K1m only supports up to 1GB of memory. If you try to add anything larger the phone will not recognize the upgrade at all.

> In reply to cory @ 2008-11-07 06:41 from Y2uu - click to readGo to settings, then to initial setup, look for master reset and enter the security code, I think is 000000. That's the one that comes from manufacture. This answer is for cory

> In reply to gabrielle @ 2008-10-22 11:16 from mQDp - click to readThe KRZR is the best phone I have ever used. I have used it for almost 2 years and zero problems and it still looks near new! I am tough on my phones, and this one is the champ!

Call forwarding problem:
After following manual's instructions to delete a call forwarding number and replace it with my own, the change doesn't take. I get the msg that "Request not successful".

Does anyone have any suggestions?

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2008-10-11 17:40 from q{dC - click to readyou need to copy the MP3 file you want to be as your ringtone to the Phone Memory and then you will be able to use as ringtone.

P.S: To do this here are the steps:
-Copy MP3 File into phone memory
-Menu
-Multimedia
-Music
-When you enter in the music folder you need to go to the Phone Memory.
-Enter in the file menu and then:
-Apply as ringtone

I hope i'll help

I had this phone for 10 months. It was fine for about 7. It would spaz often. Now the screen won't even work. And I took excelent care of it. It has great freatures, such as a great camera and the ability to record great sounding ringtones, but the unit itself overheats often and the battery will be burned in about a month. d:(
