Have had two of these phone now, the first died about a year ago. The keypad just stopped working however I really liked the look and style of the phone so I bought a second one to replace the first and now after 12months it just switches off any time I touch any of the keys and won't turn back on. My sister has had the same phone twice as well and her second is yet to die but i'm sure it is a matter of time.... really I put it down to the manufacturers who don't build anything to last these days!

i do not like this phone. it has a huge crack and is slow and whenever i type really fast, it can't keep up.

this is the phone that i really want.... the color is great. even my friends get jealous of it

I want to know why when someone call you on this type of phone or a message is sent to you it only shows the number on the screen and not the name or picture of the person calling. I am aware that to see the picture it must be set but my phone still don't show it.

Had my K1 for nearly 3 years now, and not had any problems with it, foundit to be one of the most reliable phones i have ever had.

After about 2 years it suddenly stopped working.
I have never had a problem before. Now I was unable
to use the keybd, moved the battery in and out. I
also moved the sim chip in and out to no avail.
Called to AT&T for support but really never helped.
I have insurance so I paid the $50 fee for a replacement which I should receive in two days.
Its a refurbished V3xx as the K1 no longer available.
I have no idea if this phone is any good.

I have a problem with my K1 and wonder if anyone else has the same.
It only works if it shows minimum of 4 bars on signal, if It show Signal Strength of say 2 bars then go to use it, it doesn't connect at all. My old phone shows 1 bar in same place and still works. Any suggestions as to what it mat be??????

When I had a KRZR it was one of the best non-smart phone I had ever used. Simplicity and the feel of the phone as well the battery lasted me 2 days at least and that was talking and texting. The KRZR has always been the phone I let get away. Very easy to love, very easy to use, and very fun to spin around in your hand!!!

This is the worst phone i have ever had. You can only put games on it if you have a memorycard you cant have themes it only reads certain types of videos the battery life is very very very very bad a full charge lasted me 2 hours and i only txted 5 times. But it has one good quality It is very quick to react if you press a button. my tip is Never Get MOTOROLA

its a good phone but animated wallpapers dont move stays still however screensaver moves

This phone isn' all that great. I'm now having to replace the battery for the second time and now it is frozen and isn't working properly. I have had it for less than 1 year. I wouldn't reccommend it to anyone. My friend has the same one and she doesn't care for it either. There are better phones out there that are similar.
