if its still under warranty bring the phone back..it might be a factory defect.

hey! i got this phone 3 days ago.... and just found out that the ear piece is not working... i cant hear the person on the other line...i have to turn on the speaker to hear her... is the problem with its settings or with the phone itself??? T____T tnx

I have had this phone for 6 months now and I think it`s a great little phone with only 1 niggle. Texing is slow especially tap text. You need to do T9. The Opera Mini 3 browser works better than the 4 version as the 4 version takes too long to load.

It might have to be sent away but that`s what a warranty is supposed to be for. If it was anything else you would get it done under the warranty so why not your phone.

You have to press the silver thing at the back. While doing so, slide the battery cover a bit to your left. Hold it in that position and pull the cover off. That should work for inserting the SIM card.

slide out the micro sd card first.. take out the battery..then slide out the sim card..got it??

i bought this unit as a second phone.. i like it's size and features.. its small and compact and easy to use to call and send sms..the bluetooth headset is also a plus for me, especially when driving..
however, it still remains as a second phone for me..it still lacks the smart and business capabilities unlike the other cellphone models out there..it does not have wlan and does not support the o.s. of my laptop..
this phone for me is ok...but there are a lot of other phones out there that are better, function and feature wise..but the design and form of this phone is beautiful..classy..

HOw do I get this damn thing open to put the sim card in??? I followed the directions and it won't work! Anyone have this trouble? Help

This I believe is the worst phone I have ever had beautiful looking but after that useless. everything about it is bad the voice recognition is useless, texting using graphics none, camera terrible (all compared to sony and Nokia), I offered it to friends and they would not take it. DON'T BUY or even take, unless you are desperate.

hi is it really true that it takes long to write a msg? and i read alot that the screen gets easily damaged...would it help if i bought a cover? tnx very much

Whats going on ladies and gentlemen, can someone please tell me if this phone can support 2gb and 4gb memory cards ( Micro SD).
P.S, does this phone come with a motorola bluetooth headset.

no themes. but you can put skins in k1.i have them in mine. ive dolce gabbana gold in mine and its looks great. changes whole layout of your phone. to do this you have to download tools which are skiman and pk2 tools for them. go to modmymoto.com and register there. theres lots of skins to download and tools to install them. read the documentation on how to use the skiman and pk2 tools. it may seem complicated but once you do it, it is easy. good luck
