Currently I have been using V3i aand V3x. Just got this K1 to add to my collection. Now using 3 phones and all Motorola. Solid phone and elegance design.Have been happy using Motorola all this while. Nothing to complaints. No auto off , no hanging.
Now waiting for the motorola slider.

To Kal and NotNeeded...
Both of ya'll need to find something interesting to you... comment or no comment... opinion site or no opinion site... the fact remains that you guy's continiously and unfalingly continue to slate Motorola and for some unknown reason... ya'll actually feel you are justified in doing so... yet you feel it's not right for me or anyone else to defend it.
If you guy's so don't like Motorola why do ya'll keep coming back??? Why in this crazy world can't you just accept that the phone does what it's supposed to do... and very well too...?
You guy's and the Moderators on this site baffle me... Notneeded is voting i get banned just cos he can't accept the fact that his arguments are baseless.. spelling bad... plus he's figting a losing cause.
In all seriousness... I don't like Nokia's, samsungs or whatever else is out there but I'm 100% sure u guy's would not see me on their opinion pages cos It's a waste of time... plus they make good products as far as their customers are concerned so why waste my time going on there to rain negative comments on them.
Do you guy's rally think you have made any impact on here with all ur negative slating of Moto?... then hide behind the reason of "ur allowed to give ur opinion".. well if thats the case i'm allowed too and if it's from the otherside... the positive side then u better believe I will.
I mean ya'll come on here shouting o the camera is this... the software is that.. the size is this... the design is that... what exactly is your point??? or what are you trying to achieve???
The part that makes me laugh the most is that you guy's have never seen the phones.. used them or anything... don't you sincerely feel it's a very pety thing you guy's do?... arguments and debates are healthy... if it turns negative becos someone i.e Notneeded is hurt b'cos i totally ripped apart his opinion on here... talking about vocab yet look at his posts... unbelievably bad English... must have done spellchecks on his last post cos that one's a little better. Talking about wannabe gangster... I ain't a G but definitely have made an impression on here like Kal recogized... him on the otherhand just describes exactly what him and his opinions are..."NOTNEEDED"
I don't give two about the moderators on here... no matter how many times they remove my posts if i come on and see some untrue opinion thats just plain biased, baseless and negative... I will respond in anyway i wanna... the most they can do is take it off and I'll post it again like they already know.
Just so ya'll Moderators know... Act right and stop being biased...

I have a question for "Gansta Moto" and "Richard Buchanan" probably the two most STRONGEST moto defender in this forum.
Its natural to think that when a company pioneer a technology and have success they keep on going on the same line and even improve it. For a example Samsung is using a great deal of resouces on slimming down their models while maintaing same features and its getting thinner by day.
Now I wonder what happens to Moto. Years back they launched the thinnest phone in the market RAZR which doesnt resembled any of their previous models, their market share went high..they had a huge sale and thats it...none of their new models are getting thinner any more. Do you have any knowledge on that. Please add then.
Coz I always had a doubt and its growing everyday that the RAZR design was outsourced and not motos own design. If it's their own there would be much thinner models by now.
If you have anything to add please do so in a healthy manner and keep this place clean. Thanks.

Now there, buddy, there is no need to be disrespectful of the moderators. they are running a great site. If you don't like it, go to another forum...
To get here, you have to click on a link that reads "Read Opinions" - That's what people are doing here is posting their opinions. Some with proper english, others pretending to be gansters. My opinion of this phone has been made clear, at this point, i'm just bothered by one person posting ignorant comments. I vote he gets banned, since he has nothing intelligent to provide the rest of us with.

i thought this part of the website was for people to get ideas of how the phone works but all i can see is people slating motorola
like many other people have said if you dont like it move on... why be so nasty about motorola you can sit there and say what you want but they are laffing all the way to the bank. all i will say is get a life

And as for GangstaMoto, Read your post and tell me seriously, you think you english write good? hehe... poor sap is projecting his problems. Been able to afford 1 motorola phone and has 100% satisfaction... you 1 in 50 my friend, because that is the actual defect rate. except K1 - is 9/10 defective!
Good luck with it, i hope it will continue to satisfy you for the next 5 years, or the time it takes you to beg enough money for the next ProblemMoto.

GangstaMoto: Thank you for posting your opinion and proving once again that "gangstas" got tha vocabulary of a parrot and think they is so much wisa than te rest of us mothaf's...
Bottom line with motorola's still remains that they never improve on any designs as a matter of fact, they try to improve them by adding more problems...!? can anybody here explain to me how this is a good thing? ONLY Motorola has been able to impress me with the strangeness of the problems their phones have. Ex.: KRZR - Constantly switching the time on the phone for no reason whatsoever.. RAZR - Was working fine, but then they "improve" the phone by changing the software to that of the V3i (R4515) and all of a sudden the phone can't place any more calls. Alot of their MiniUSB connector phones lose pins on the connector and you cant charge the damned things no more... i can go on ranting for hours.
I can assure you that as someone who repairs phones for a living, these phones are BY FAR the most problematic phones on the market. Motorola spends more money on their marketing then on problem resolution of their phones... Has anyone here ever contactet motorola CS with a problem? Try it and see for yourselves how the backbone of this company is stuctured... no brains, just sales. It's amazing how they continue on this path and people still love them.
That's my rant and i'm sticking with it!

Hi Everyone,
Still bickering like old market women I see :^)
I just got this phone as a gift from a lady friend of mine who travelled to the orient for a few weeks.
I put aside my Samsung D900 and I'm now using this phone (I'd look like a total jerk if I didn't).
First thing I noticed. This phone is HEAVY. It feels rock solid. Very good build. My Samsungs are great, but they do feel a little "plasticky"...especially the D900.
Its got great reception and an excellent speakerphone. I'm very underwhelmed by the Camera (not even as good as my X820 and certainly doesn't touch the D900), but it is VERY pretty to look at. People say they like that fact that its thinner...personally, I'm not too sure. I liked the wide width of the RAZR, but that's just me.
At least they improved the addressbook, so you can now search it by letters.
Other than that and the memory card slot (it lays on top of the SIM card in an innovative little housing), there's nothing spectacular about it.
Great as gift...but I woudln't have bought one for myself :^)

it is not my fault that millions of people have poor taste, i bet you still watch the wizard of oz..
there isnt a single nice thing i can say about the moto range, i once had a v3 and within 5 mins i was on the phone to the local vicar so come and banish the evil from my home.
if the devil has a mobile its most certainly a motorola because nothing but evil comes from them.
