I've been using V50 for 9 years! Many times dropped accidentally on concrete floor, many times used it in the rain, many times sat on it. Not a single break, not a single software hang-up (I mean when software stops working because of flaws in itself). Very durable phone! Though one drawback is that when the antenna is touched during conversation or turned various ways, connection may drop sometimes.

I needed one of these for my BMW. The dealers couldn't help. I tried a standard V50 phone and it made my car battery go flat. The proper BMW version phones don't flatten the battery.
I got mine from bmwcarphone.com and the phone was new, cheap, and quickly delivered. Much better than a flat battery or three penalty points..!

Hi, can't find a manual to dowload for my V50 - so, problem is - the keypad only does numbers so I can't send messages - I'm sure I'm missing something really obvious but can anyone help me?

you dont need to buy the bmw model

I needed one of these for my BMW car and I found it at www.bmwcarphone.com.
It was delivered really quick and works prefectly in my car. It is an old phone now but essential for my 330ci!

I have this phone. I bought it from a carboot sale for 50p! It's realy batterd, smashed and the paint has worn off all the phone. It has missing logos to. But the battery is good and it charges and works fine. Well done Motorola for creating such a durable phone.

i loved this phone. i had the cool blue. it was just a smart phone. i thought i was james bond with little gadget. the only niggle was the aerial it always got stuck in my pocket. i liked the update V150.

I got this phone, though it is really tatty now but still works and charges up well too! The game are also realy cool.

i had one of these phones. i loved it i had the cool blue one. Nice size, lovely shape. the niggle small screen, and then they updated it to V150 i liked that as well. but didnt get one. ahh the old days

great great phone...
this is the sixth year with me .. working so fine
thought i bought after it nokia 6680 then n70 then n73... but it was the best in calling features....
still use it beside the N73
