Like The Phone but whats up with the Bluetooth I cant Connect to any device, I can see the device But does not connect can anyone help?

W OS is awesome. Phone is problematic. Nokia technicians have no idea how to fix faulty devices and Nokia refuse to replace defective units with new devices. Sound quality is poor. Outlook sync is non-existent. Worth getting? To much hassle!
