its a piece of junk coz you can only connect through GPS. you'll pay first the connection service on your sim subscription before you can do the "internet" thingy coz it has [NO] wifi device..

you can install the excel, word, pdf feature when you have a F490 software. you can get the software on its site [SAMSUNG] but the model is faced-out so good luck for searching the software.

it does have OS, but its samsung's OS. so you only install samsung software. buy phone with windows mobile if you want to install games ....
