You can try calibrating the screen under "Settings"->"Phone Settings"-> "Calibration" via the main menu...Hope this helps

i dont know what to do with my samsung star. the screen/ touch screen is not working properly.. like when i press 2, it will press 1.. and i cant use 3 6 9 #.. am not sure if it has moist inside the unit or what. can u tell me what are the preliminar...
